Place your item in its original presentation box with all laboratory certificates, appraisal documents, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid label to a new shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the item for its original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
